Event & project rental inquiries
Private gatherings and residential work
For a backyard gathering or renovation, identify a placement area and measure the narrowest gate or driveway opening. Mention steps, soft ground, slopes, parked vehicles and any route through an occupied space. The provider should assess placement rather than assume the street address tells the whole story.
Bellaire venue requirements
City facility rentals and reservable park areas follow the City’s process. Check the current instructions directly and discuss temporary equipment with the venue. This website is not affiliated with the City and does not issue permits or venue approvals.
Nearby address? Ask first.
For Southside Place, West University Place or another nearby community, send the full delivery address. Ask about coverage, travel charges and the service schedule for that location.
