How do I get a quote?
Call (346) 344-6565 or use the short request form. Include the location, rental date and what you need. Guest or crew numbers and rental length help with the quote, but you can start with the details you have.
How much does a rental cost?
The equipment, quantity, rental period, delivery address and service schedule affect the total. Ask for a written quote showing delivery, collection, servicing, supplies and any taxes or extra charges.
How many restrooms will I need?
Provide the expected guests or workers, hours of use and any existing toilets on the property. Mention food and drink service or multiple shifts. The provider can discuss a quantity and service schedule for those conditions.
How early should I get in touch?
As soon as you know the location and dates. Ask about availability before relying on a delivery date, especially when your venue has a limited setup window.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Include your preferred date and any access hours in the request. The provider needs to agree the delivery window with you. Sending an inquiry does not reserve equipment.
Do you take event and construction inquiries?
Yes. For an event, share the guest count, venue and schedule. For a worksite, include the crew size, shifts, expected rental length and gate instructions.
Where should the unit go?
Look for firm, reasonably level ground with a usable pedestrian route and delivery access. Keep exits and working areas clear. Check the final position with the property owner and provider.
What access information should I share?
Mention narrow gates, steps, slopes, soft ground, locked entrances or busy working areas. Explain any delivery or servicing restrictions before equipment is scheduled.
Are accessible units an option?
Ask about accessible equipment for your date and location. Explain the access needs and the route to the unit. Confirm the actual model, dimensions and placement; equipment alone does not make the whole site accessible.
Can I arrange a longer rental?
Ask about the full period you need, the billing cycle, included service visits and extension terms. Agree who requests collection and when charges stop.
When can I call?
Calls are accepted 24/7 for rental inquiries. Equipment availability, response times and delivery or service windows are agreed separately.
Who handles delivery, servicing and changes?
Your inquiry may be passed to a rental provider. The rental agreement should name the supplying company and your contact for delivery, servicing and changes.
