Guest numbers and event hours
Tell the rental contact how many guests are expected, how long they will stay and whether attendance changes across the day. Existing permanent restrooms can affect the conversation, but confirm that guests will actually have access to them during the event.
- Describe food and beverage service and the handwashing arrangements.
- Include accessibility requirements and the route to the restrooms.
- Share setup and breakdown hours—not only the event start time.
- Identify the person authorized to approve delivery and placement.
Where to place the units
Look for usable, level ground, a practical service approach and a clear pedestrian route. Consider lighting after sunset and separation from food preparation. A discreet location is only useful if guests can find it and the provider can reach it.
Using a Bellaire public venue?
Check the City’s facility rental process and the venue’s current requirements. A restroom inquiry does not reserve a park, approve an event or establish the required number of facilities.
