Before arrival
- Send the exact address, gate instructions and on-site contact.
- Describe the surface, slope, narrow access and any overhead obstructions.
- Agree the placement with the property owner and provider.
- Arrange a delivery window before parking, equipment or event setup blocks access.
When the equipment arrives
Have your contact available to point out the agreed position. Check the unit type, access and any supplies included in the quote. If the position cannot be used safely, speak with the provider before accepting an alternative.
During the rental
Keep the service route and pedestrian approach clear. Report changed access or a problem with the unit to the named service contact. Do not relocate the equipment without the provider’s agreement.
Requesting collection
Get the pickup instructions and off-hire terms in writing. Ask whether collection happens automatically or needs a separate request, when charges stop, and what happens if access is blocked.
