BellairePORTA POTTY RENTALS

Cleaning and servicing during your rental

Agree on cleaning, supplies and service visits based on how the restrooms will be used.

Put the service details in the quote

  • Ask which cleaning, pump-out, restocking and consumables are included.
  • Agree visit frequency and whether extra visits carry a separate charge.
  • Provide gate hours and a contact for locked or restricted sites.
  • Ask how service visits are confirmed and how to report missed access.

If usage changes

A larger crew, added shift or extended event can change the service requirement. Tell the provider promptly rather than waiting for the next scheduled visit. Ask about the revised schedule and cost before agreeing to it.

If something is wrong

Contact the supplying company using the details on the rental agreement. Explain the location, unit and problem. Keep unsafe or unusable equipment out of use until the responsible provider gives instructions.

Before booking

Have the service schedule written into your rental agreement.

CLEANING FREQUENCY

A service schedule matched to use

Weekly cleaning is not a universal OSHA requirement or a guarantee of sanitary conditions. Crew size and use affect how often a toilet needs servicing.

OSHA’s 2006 interpretation gives examples of twice-weekly servicing for one toilet used by 20 employees, and weekly servicing for one used by 10. These are guidance examples, not a fixed schedule for every site.

Agree cleaning, pump-out, restocking, access and extra-visit charges in your quote. Review the plan if the crew, shifts or rental period changes.
