What to include in your request
Explain where workers spend their shifts and how service vehicles can enter safely. A convenient delivery point may be too far from the crew; a location deep inside a restricted area may be impractical to service.
Your planning checklist
- Share shift counts, expected workforce and restricted operating periods.
- Explain badging, escort, gate and site-induction requirements.
- Separate the placement from loading areas, equipment paths and site hazards.
- Have the responsible site team approve access, clearances and servicing arrangements.
Placement and access
Discuss scheduled maintenance, temporary staffing and shutdown periods. Rental guidance does not replace a site safety assessment or regulatory requirements. Confirm the equipment and service plan with both the provider and the responsible site team.
Before you book
Confirm the supplying company, equipment, total price, service visits and pickup process in writing. Calls are accepted 24/7 for inquiries; delivery and response timing are confirmed separately.
