What to include in your request
A brief rental still needs a complete delivery and pickup window. Explain whether the need is a one-day gathering, several days of work or temporary loss of indoor facilities.
Your planning checklist
- Provide the complete period, including setup and cleanup.
- Check access through driveways, gates and shared property.
- Avoid placement that blocks parking, refuse collection or neighbors’ access.
- Ask about minimum rental periods, transport costs and extension terms.
Placement and access
Keep the service approach open for the whole rental. An event finishing does not necessarily trigger collection: confirm who requests pickup and when it is scheduled. Mention changes promptly if a repair or project takes longer than expected.
Before you book
Confirm the supplying company, equipment, total price, service visits and pickup process in writing. Calls are accepted 24/7 for inquiries; delivery and response timing are confirmed separately.
