Equipment details to settle before booking
- Unit or trailer
- Compare the quoted configuration, number of stations and available features.
- Utilities
- Confirm power, water and waste arrangements for that specific model.
- Delivery footprint
- Allow for towing access, level placement, steps or ramps and the full setup area.
What to include in your request
Start by defining the experience you want: upgraded individual units, a separate guest area or a restroom trailer. These are not interchangeable products. Ask for the exact available model, features and site requirements before selecting a package.
Your planning checklist
- Confirm whether the quote covers an individual unit or a trailer.
- Ask about water, power, leveling and the footprint including steps or ramps.
- Explain guest numbers, event length and access needs—not only the VIP label.
- Agree on restocking, any attendant service and the service contact; do not assume they are included.
Placement and access
Coordinate the placement with tents, catering and guest pathways before other deliveries reduce access. Ask how interior lighting and utilities are supplied, and whether the proposed equipment is suitable for every intended user.
Before you book
Confirm the supplying company, equipment, total price, service visits and pickup process in writing. Calls are accepted 24/7 for inquiries; delivery and response timing are confirmed separately.
