- Provide ceremony, reception, setup and breakdown times.
- Position facilities within a practical walk, away from dining and key photography areas.
- Coordinate truck access before tents, flowers, tables and parked cars fill the site.
- Ask about accessible equipment, handwashing, lighting and the venue’s placement rules.
Placement and access
Nominate one on-site contact for delivery and pickup. A discreet restroom area still needs a clear route and signs. For a multi-day celebration, discuss attendance and service needs for each day, not only the main reception.
